제1조 목적


본 약관의 목적은 후원회원이 CMS서비스를 이용함에 있어 필요한 제반사항을 정하는데 있다.

 

제2조 서비스의 범위


1. 미래숲(이하 "본 기관"이라 합니다)이(가) 귀하에게 제공하는 후원금정기납부서비스의 범위는 다음과 같다.
① 본기관이 행하는 CMS란 정기후원회원(CMS자동이체 동의 고객에 한함.)으로부터 받는 후원금을 후원회원의 자동이체 신청계좌에서 자동 출금하여 본기관 지정계좌로 입금하는 서비스이다.
② 본기관은 CMS 대행업체를 금융결제원으로 정하여 후원회원의 정기납부서비스를 실시하도록 한다.

 

제3조 CMS이용신청서, 동의서 접수 및 청구서류 등


1. 귀하는 후원회원신청 사전에 CMS자동이체 동의서(이하 '동의서'라 한다.)를 제출하거나 본 약관에 동의해야 하며, 자동이체거래에 변경, 해지 등의 신청을 할 때에는 다음 절차에 따라 처리한다. 단, CMS자동이체 동의서는 본 기관이 제공하는 동의서 양식을 사용하여야 한다.
① 귀하는 원칙적으로 후원회원 신청을 위해 동의서를 제출하거나 본 약관에 동의해야 한다.
② 귀하가 개인인 경우에는 다음 각 목에 해당하는 자를 대리인으로 지정하여 동의서를 접수할 수 있다.
가. 주민등록 등본상 동일세대를 구성하는 세대원.(동거인 및 미성년자는 제외한다.)
나. 귀하의 의료보험증에 등재된 피보험자.(미성년자는 제외한다.)
③ 제1항 ②호의 경우에는 귀하는 동의서 이외에 다음 각 목의 서류를 제출해야 한다.
가. 주민등록등본 또는 의료보험증 사본.
나. 자동이체신청계좌의 통장사본.
다. 자동이체신청 통장의 거래인감으로 확인된 동의서(동의서 양식은 본 기관이 제공하는 양식을 사용하여야 한다.)
라. 접수인의 주민등록증사본 또는 자동차운전면허증사본.
④ 법인명으로 정기후원회원에 가입할 경우에는 귀하는 동의서 이외에 다음 각 목의 서류를 제출해야 한다.
가. 사업자등록증사본
나. 자동이체 신청계좌의 통장사본
다. 법인인감증명서
라. 접수인의 주민등록증 또는 자동차운전면허증
⑤ 본기관이 귀하의 동의서에 대한 확인처리 시 이의 또는 착오가 발견될 경우 본기관은 해당 자동이체신청에 대한 처리를 임의로 유보할 수 있다.
⑥ 본기관은 정기후원회원으로부터 접수한 동의서를 취합하여 보관 및 관리를 한다. 단, 동의서는 해지 후 3년 동안 보관한다.

2. 자동이체 변경, 해지
① 본기관은 후원회원으로부터 자동이체를 변경하거나 해지 등의 요청사항을 받지 않는 한 후원을 지속하는 것으로 간주, 별다른 통보 없이 CMS를 계속 실시한다.
② 후원회원은 이체계좌번호를 변경하거나 후원을 해지할 경우 본기관 담당자를 통한 본인확인 절차를 거쳐야 한다.
③ 자동이체 변경 및 해지 관련한 DATA관리는 별도로 행해지는 본 약관에 준한다.

 

제4조 이체예정일 및 정산일 지정

4. 전 1, 2, 3항의 해당일이 공휴일 및 금융기관 휴무일인 경우 익일로 한다.

 

제5조 재판관할


후원회원과 본기관간에 발생한 서비스 이용에 관한 분쟁에 대하여는 대한민국 법을 적용하며, 본 분쟁으로 인한 소는 민사소송법상의 관할을 가지는 대한민국의 법원에 제기한다.

본 약관은 2018-05-14부터 적용한다

  • Article 1 (Purpose)

    1. 미래숲 Internet Membership Terms (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") use the Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by the user on 미래숲 (hereinafter referred to as "the Institution") website. In particular, the purpose is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the members and the institution's website.
    2. If a person who wants to become a member clicks the "Member registration" [OK] button after performing the prescribed procedure set on the institution's website, it is considered that they have agreed to this agreement. The rights, obligations and responsibilities of users and websites of this institution other than those stipulated in this agreement are subject to the Telecommunications Business Act and other related laws and business practices of the Republic of Korea.

     


    Article 2 (Definition)

      The terms used in this agreement are defined in the relevant laws and service-specific guides, except for those defined in this article.
    1. "Service" means various services related to "Company" that can be used by "User" regardless of the installed device.
    2. "User" is a collective term for those who access the "Company" website and receive the services provided by the "Company" based on these Terms.

     


    Article 3 (Provision and modification of services)
